Recipe for Blueberry Lassi
Ingredients
- 4 cups fat free yogurt
- 1/3 cup cold water
- ½ pound blueberry
- 1/3 cup honey or 3 ounces sugar
- 12 ice cubes
Cooking Directions
Rinse the blueberries in cold water.
Put in a blender and make a fine puree.
Add water, fat free yogurt, honey or sugar.
Blend well. Now add ice cubes and blend for another 10 seconds.
Serve cold in a glass.
