Recipe for Healthy Corn cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour"ata"
- 2 cup corn meal"Makai ka ata"
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup drained corn kernels
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper or chopped spring onion "opt"
- 1 egg " opt" (if ur not a pure vegetarian)
Cooking Directions
In a bowl combine the above ingredients & mix well.
Grease a baking pan and pour the mix evenly into it.
Bake in the oven at 350 deg for 30 -35 min (until the top is golden).
Remove from heat and cool for 5 min.
Turn out on a plate, cut into pieces and serve warm with butter & a cup of tea.
