• Whole chicken (1),
• ginger paste (4tbsp),
• garlic paste (2tbsp),
• onion paste (2tbsp),
• cumin powder (4tbsp),
• coriander powder (2tbsp),
• soya sauce (5tbsp),
• thick soya sauce (2tbsp),
• cloves (4),
• clove flower (2) coca cola (200ml),
• cinnamon stick (1),
• water (3c),
• corn oil (6tbsp) and
• salt (1tbsp).

coca-cola-chicken Take chicken, clean it and then cut it into bite size pieces. Pour oil in the wok and heat the oil in it and then fry cinnamon stick, cloves and clove flower.

When they get pop then add ginger, garlic and onion paste. Fry it until aroma arises.

Then add the cumin powder, coriander powder and then fry them on low heat for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes put the chicken in the wok and mix it well. Now pour 3 cups of water, 1tablespoon of salt and cover it and then cook it until the chicken becomes tender.

Add thick and thin soya sauce and again cook it for about 5 minutes. In the end pour the coca cola into the gravy and then serve it with plain rice.
