RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has summoned Pervez Musharraf in Benazir Bhutto assassination case and adjourned the hearing till April. FIA on the other hand has challenged fresh hearing of this case in Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench. In the application filed by FIA prosecutor, Chaudhry Zulfiqar it was said that trial of Pervez Musharraf be conducted separately. As over 30 evidence have been recorded in the case therefore, the hearing of the case afresh will affect them , application said further.
