Apple Cider Vinegar is commonly used for diabetes and cleaning teeth but it also has the ability to reduce weight. A female professor of Arizona State University is researching on this vinegar for the past 10 years. In 2009, Japanese experts also claimed that drinking two spoons of apple cider vinegar twice in a day can reduce 2 to 3 kg weight in 12 weeks. According to the female professor, new experiments have proved that it reduces weight by changing metabolism. This vinegar also plays important role in maintaining sugar level in blood as the acetic acid in apple cider vinegar reduces the level of sugar in blood. She advises to reduce the acidity of vinegar by adding some water in it because pure vinegar can affect throat and stomach. The female professor said to drink 2 spoons of vinegar in 8 ounce water while combining green salad with vinegar will increase its efficiency.
