In today’s time different people have different views; some assume it as transformational and communicable, while others have a view that it is thought provoking and pleasurable. But Fashion according to us, is the best way to portray ourselves. On the other hand, we usually ignore our health when we blindly follow fashion. Here I am going to tell you some of the fashion practices which we use daily to look different from others, have destructive effects on our health. Starting from the fact that, it is a dream of even every girl to look stunning and affective and for this they can use such products which are not good for them and so they are not taken serious by anyone but has destructive consequences on their health. Usage of high heels make a person look taller instantly but if someone wears them for too long, is the most awful thing one can do with their body alliance. The person who is using high heels walk on the balls of their feet which forces their upper body to move forward while further forces you to bend back and in such a condition a phenomenal amount of stress is put on their spine which results in grievance over a time frame. So it is important to avoid this risk by switching between heels and flats.

Another practice done by most of the women is, they used to carry heavy bags on their shoulders which is also not good for their health because due to this different muscle inequality is generally developed on one side of the shoulder. In most of the cases it is observed that one shoulder is slightly over developed than the other and it sits higher. Improper diet or a bad diet is nowadays becoming very common in our society as everyone here wants to look stylish and spectacular. For this they choose to skip meals which in turn have a negative impact on their health, as eating wrong and improper tends to slow down the metabolism. So try to eat healthy and proper food at small intervals and should add exercise as an important part of their life. This is the only way to lose weight but in a healthy way. Taking selfies now become very common and one cannot end up till they get a perfect picture because in some pictures we look fat while skinny in others. Improper diet is considered as a simplest way to fit in desired dress, to look skinny or to fit in photograph. This is not the only way, because poor diet tends to remove the previous oxygen from the body which in turn leads to slow down our metabolism. So try to work out and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Last but not the least, the YOLO mentality of the people, which means “You Only Live Once”. For this people involve themselves in highly unhealthy habits and stuck themselves in the race of latest trends. They turn to be extravagant, shop a lot and this ends up having a destructive behavior. If we want to live a healthier and longer life we have to make sure to change such a lifestyle.
