Recipe for Sunheri Kabab


  • Tongue Meat 250 gm
  • Beef Mince 250 gm
  • Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4-5
  • Chopped Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Chopped mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Chop together 250 gm tongue meat, 250 gm beef mince, 1 ½ tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4-5 chopped green chilies, ½ bunch green coriander, ½ bunch mint leaves, 4 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 egg and some salt in a chopper.

Take it out in a plate, grease your hands and make kababs out of it.

Put some oil in the pan and fry the kababs.

Dish it out in the serving dish, garnish it with salad leaves and tomatoes
