• 250 grams Coconut (dry and ground)
  • 2 tsps Clarified butter
  • 250 grams Khoya
  • 2.5 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Cardamom seeds
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (grated)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios (grated)

Cooking Directions

In a bowl mix khoya and coconut

In a pan heat clarified butter and fry the mixture in it

Add cardamom and mix well.

Prepare sugar syrup with water.

Stir in the coconut mixture into syrup.

Grease plate and spread grated nuts on it.

Spread prepared evenly over plate
Let it cool.

Cut it into desired shapes.

Turn them over Serve
