Recipe for Orange fruit cake


  • Eggs 2
  • Plain flour 3/4th cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  • Candid fruit 1 small bowl
  • Orange 1

Cooking Directions

Grate a little orange peel (be careful to grate only the orange part of it).

Put plain flour in a bowl & add 1tsp baking powder in it.

Take another bowl and add 2 eggs in it & beat them.

In the eggs, add 1/2 cup castor sugar and beat again.

Add 6tbsp oil, orange zest (grated peel) in the egg mixture.

Add juice of half orange in the egg mixture and beat well.

Add plain flour and baking powder mix in the egg mixture.

Beat well.

Add candid fruit in the above mixture and orange essence.

Beat the mixture.

Now pour the mixture in a baking pan.

Place it in oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degree C.

The cake is ready to be served.
