Badar Khalil is undoubtedly one of few actress who has given a whole lot meaning to character roles with her mesmerizing performance. She has always touched our hearts with her classical acts – be it loving Aani of Tanhayian or a jealous doctor of Dhoop Kinary we always admire her. We remember a few of the best Badar Khalil characters on TV: 1. Aani in Tanhayian 2. Aqeela Khala in Quddusi Saheb Ki Bewa 3. Shoqia Shayra in Half plate 4. Bee Jamalo in BeeJamalo Badar rose to fame in the late 70's after her uncanny portrayal of ‘Bee Jamalo’ in the eponymous play, directed by Shahzad Khalil whom she had married in real life.
