Recently I listen news that India is going to change the way of Neelam river by projects of billion rupees.My question is that Why we are dependent on water came from India.Where as we have a huge range of mountains from which we can get water according to our needs then why we waste our time on money on so called conversations with India which is just enjoyment tours for our leadership.
