A forum is mainly a online bulletin board where users discuss about a topic. Every user’s comment can be published in the topic that he wants it in and the topic shows to be a dialogue, Forum are generally used for discuss about various matter. Forums that can talk about technology, education, health, games, music etc. Every forum have some moderator who look up forum rules and regulation. If someone break discipline then moderator can take action by banning users. Actually forum is a place for gain and share knowledge and experience.

Blog is also a place for share about specific topic, where users can put their comment. Blog is like an virtual note book where everybody can read and leave their comments on. Maximum people use or create blog for discuss about any matter, advertise about any product, political discussion etc.

A forum was once called a bulletin board due to the manner in which users say what they say. Each user’s comment can be placed in the thread that he wants it in and the thread appears to be a conversation, albeit a very long one, that could last a up to a few months or even years.

A blog is like an online diary than anybody can read and leave comments on. Although there are a lot people who use blogs for this purpose, most people who do make blogs usually discuss events or issues that have affected them.
