What is Microsoft word?

It is a word process program which is use for creation of large number of letters, applications, faxes &others documentation work with lots of graphic facilities. There are 256 pages in one document.
TITLE BAR.


The title bar contains the name of the name of program or document file using a mouse you can move a window by dragging it be from title bar.
MENU BAR. The contains the word menu commands.


STANDARD TOOLBAR.
The standard toolbar displays button for opening and saving document editing text and accessing special feature using the mouse.

10. PICTURE (ALT+I+P): it is use to insert (a) clip art (b) from file (c) from scanner or camera (d) new drawing (e) auto shapes (f) word art (g) organization chart (h) chart.
i . CLIP ART: it is use to insert the clip art… (picture of carton) like.
ii. FROM FILE: It is use to insert a picture from any personal file.
iii. FROM SCANNER OR CAMERA: It is use to insert or include picture from scanner or camera.


vi. NEW DRAWING: it is use to insert the picture of an object and and adjust them.
v. AUTO SHAPES (ALT+I+P+A): here you will find some already made shapes made of drawing etc.

vi. WORD ART (ALT+I+P+W): it is ready made (prepared) of writing something according to the style you select.
vii. ORGENIZATION CHART: it is use to insert organization chart for use of organization, company labors and etc use.

viii. CHART: it is use to insert/include any graphic chart.

12. TEXT BOXES (ALT+I+X): it is use to write something upon the picture or drawing works etc.


13. FILE (ALT+I+L): it is use to include any other file in current document.
14. OBJECT (ALT+I+O): it inserts /includes any other object or program in current program such as paintbrush, Corel draw, ms excel….

15. BOOK MARK (SHIFT+F5): it is use to include a mark as bookmark on the selected point For example we are reading book our book is 200 pages and we have read 80 pages after few days we don’t now until which page I red so by the help of book mark we will choose our page, book mark of computer is also like that.
16. HYPER LINK (CTRL+K): it is use to include other file by the value of link with in current document.

FORMAT MENU:
1.FONT (ALT+O+F): it is use to apply format to the specific fonts /text &change the size of fonts & edit the alphabet case, style, color & under line.

10. PARAGRAPH (ALT+O+P). It is use to change the paragraph indents text alignment line spacing pagration and other paragraph.
2.BULLETS &NUMBERING(ALT+O+N): it is use for applying bullets & numbering to the sentence/paragraph.

3.BORDER&SHADING(ALT+O+B): it is use to apply borders and shading to the selected text,paragraph,table,&picture.
14.COLUMNS.it is use to create text column and applies formats to the column for example presets in to 1,2,3,4 or number of colums and gives line between column or style of columns and equal to column.

9. TABS (ALT+O+T). It is use to set the position and alignment of tab and it stops and determines the type of leader character for each tabs st1op.
5.DROP CAP(ALT+O+D): it is use to apply format/style to the basic part of text or specific letter and also give direction to the drop cap.
6. TEXT DIRECTION (ALT+O+X): It is for applying direction to the selected and specially drop cap.

12. CHANGE CASE (SHIFT+3 OR CTRL+SHIFT+A). It is use to format to the selected alphabet case in order to change the sentence word title in to smaller to capital.
4.Back Ground(Alt+O+K): it is use to apply format to the back ground with color and file effects, but it will not be printed.

8. THEME (ALT+O+H). It is use to give format to the background with some ready made themes in a new deferent style.
13.FRAMES.it is use to apply frames to page and to create a table of contents using the headings of your document.
7. Auto format (ALT+O+A). It is use to analyze the content of the action file and then automatically formats the file you want to change the automatic formatting option before auto format begins use the auto format.

TOOLS.
1. SPELING AND GRAMMAR (F7). It is use to check any grammatical and spelling mistake then it change in to correct word selected any suggestion ignore, ignore all, add dictionary and auto correct.
2. RESEARCH: It is use to show the meaning of any search word when the coercer was at the end of word. (Do not give the space after writing word if you want to use research).

3. LANGUAGE (ALT+T+L) KEYBOARD KEYS. It is use to set any other language in this current program if you cannot be set until you insert the MS office CD in CD room.
A. SET LANGAUGE (ALT+L+L). It is use to set the language when Internet was connected and cd of ms word.

C. THE SAURUSE (ALT+T+L+T) KEYBOARD KEYS. It is use to set or apply meaning of any word and we can replace it by thesaurus meaning.
D. HYPHENATION (ALT+T+H) keyboard keys. It is use to manage words in sequences automatically select any word.
4. WORD COUNT (ALT+T+W) K.B. It is use to count the alphabets of word, sentence, paragraph, and space character.

8. TRACK CHANGES (CTRL+SHIFT+E) K, B: it is use to check the document of any other is changing when your clicking the track changes button in tool menu.
ACCEPT OR REJECT CHANGES: it is use to accept or reject changes those are adding in track changes.
