Kaju is easy to digest it has shape like kidney.

It's better to take cashew with sugar or grapes or honey.

Cholera patient should be given massage with walnut oil regularly.

Consumption of walnut and garlic in equal ratio with cow milk is effective in T.B

Honey is a blood purifier. Honey in milk give sound sleep and won't create gas.
