Job Description	I am looking for a competent, self driven, devoted, motivated and a hardworking civil engineering (building construction) professional for the post of Sub Divisional Officer (Buildings/Roads) in my office in Army Housing Directorate, Field Office, Malir Cantt, Karachi. It is a temporary post, individual will be employed on 1 year contract extendable after every year depending on performance of the individual. Minimum qualification required is DAE (Civil), however experienced civil engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply. Desired applicant should be preferably experienced in running and managing low and high rise housing units construction sites in the field. Should have in depth knowledge of preparation of cost estimates, tendering and contracting regulations and procedures. Selected candidate will be overseeing construction work sites, administering quality checks, inspection of works, prepare cost estimates, contract management, preparing RARs / final bills, preparing progress report and managing projects. Candidates having experience of serving in Military Engineering Service will be given preference. Interested candidates can email their resumes to the given email address.
