Job Description	Coordinating with the members of the sales team. ?Maintaining all kinds of sales report & provide detailed reports to the sales force. ?Prepared sales analysis, as well as sales reports, sales-order status, sales agreements, in-time proposals and presentations. ?Keeping proper follow up of Documentation. ?Coordinating with accounts for Sales Team Commission & Target. ?Monthly Target deployment to sales team. ?Generate Distributors & Wholesalers Target Letter. ?Responsible of sales team Monthly Target and Commission Incentive ?Weekly/Monthly Forecasting. ?Pre-Sale Operation with B mobile. ?Presell data entry and sync in BASIS & Invoice Generation ?Distributors End Stock Report & Secondary Sale Tracking Report ?Monthly Closing By Route & Distributor ?Conversion, Cooler and Glass injection Tracking Report ?Prepared and maintained all files necessary for the smooth operation of the department. ?Preparation of quotations according to the sales team requirement. ?Coordinating and managing sales work of complex assignment
