Job Description	We are currently looking to recruit various roles (Waiter, Waitress, Assistant Cook, Barman/Bartender, Front Office Assistant (Receptionist), Guest Relation Assistant, Room Attendant/Cleaner/Housekeeper, Computer Operator, Door Person, Head Cook/Chef, Assistant Account Manager) here at The Montcalm London Hotel. We seek applicants with a proactive attitude, ability to motivate multinational teams with an ethical culture of transparency and development. Our clients are our business and therefore you will be a customer focused and ambitious self-starter who will give the very best in client care. Entry Requirements; Personable, presentable and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Well spoken and understanding of the English language with written capability. Good organisational skills, problem solving ability and an eye for detail. Good communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of service. Previous experience in a hospitality soft services management role is desirable. Highly ethical and quality conscious individual operating in a professional manner at all times. Eligibility; In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process. Benefits; Accommodation would be FREE at The Athenaeum Staff Quarters for the first one year. All staffs are entitled to three square meals daily FREE of charge etc.
