Recipe for Meat Potato Cutlets

Ingredients

  • Mince meat 200 gm
  • Salt & pepper as taste
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika or red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Onions finely chopped 1 medium
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 bunches
  • Oil 1/2 liter
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 kg un-toasted
  • Eggs 2

Cooking Directions

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and then mash them smoothly.

Add salt & pepper in it.

Take wok or medium cooking pot, put on the fire to get hot, put oil, add Ginger & garlic paste, stir it for few seconds.

Add the mince meat, stir it & cook it till the water is dried & the mince meat is cooked.

Now add of crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin seeds, paprika or red chili powder, medium finely chopped onion & coriander leaves.

Stir it couple of times, and then remove from the fire.

Let get cool, before filling into the mashed potatoes.

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Make small balls of mashed potatoes, fill the balls with the cooked mince meat, fold it from allover, shape them like cutlets shapes, dip them into the beaten eggs, coat them with un-toasted bread crumbs.

Repeat with rest cutlets.

Take a wok or deep frying pan, put oil, let it get hot on medium heat, fry the cutlets dropping one by one in the hot oil in the wok, fry them till they turned golden brown colour.

Serve them hot on a platter.
