• Chicken ½ kg (boneless cut into strips)
• Cheddar cheese 1 cup
• Butter milk 1 cup
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Flour 1 cup
• Hot sauce 2 tbsp
• Butter 2 tbsp (melted)

Marinate chicken strips with black pepper, salt, butter milk and grated cheddar cheese for 30 minutes.

Mix together flour, hot sauce and butter.

Coat this mixture on marinated chicken and bake on 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
