Recipe for Cake Rusk
Ingredients
- 250 gm Butter
- 250 gm Maida
- 250 gm Sugar
- 5-6 Eggs
- 1 & ½ TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Vanilla Essence
- 2 TBSP Cooking Oil
Cooking Directions
First of all, add Butter in a mixer, then add sugar.
Mix it well, until it became soft.
Now add eggs one by one, keep mixing.
After this, add vanilla Essence & mix it again.
Now pour this mixture into a bowl.
Add Maida, & mix it well.
Now mix it again by adding baking powder.
It’s time for Molding. Take a mold, apply cooking oil at this mold.
Fix the butter paper in this mold.
Keep the material (which we have prepared above) in this.
Mold & oven bake it for 30 minutes at 180-200°C.
After oven bake, let it cool. And keep it aside for 4-5 hours
It’s time for making cakes/Rusks.
Cut this material into cake rusks shape & oven bake it for 20-25 minutes at 160-180°C.
Your yummy cake/Rusks are ready to serve.
