Recipe for Mutton Moti Pulao
Ingredients
- 500g Mutton Mince
- 2 tbsp Roasted Gram
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 2-1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
- 1-1/2 Onion
- 4 Green Chili
- 5g Green Coriander
- 5g Mint
- 700g Guard Rice
- Half cup Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp Whole Cumin
- 1 tbsp Whole Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Tomato
- Half cup Yogurt
- As per taste Salt
- 2 cup Hot Water
- 2 tbsp Brown Onion
Cooking Directions
In a bowl, add mutton mince, salt, roasted gram, egg, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste (1-1/2 tbsp), cumin powder (1/2 tbsp), coriander powder (1/2 tbsp), kasoori methi, onion, green chili, green coriander, mint and mix them
Now make small balls from mince mixture
In a pan, add cooking oil and cook balls until light brown
Now soak Guard Rice for 20 minutes in the water
Now, in a pot, add cooking oil, onion, whole cumin, whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp), green chili and cook until light brown
Now, add tomato, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder (1/2 tbsp), coriander powder (1/2 tbsp) and cook for 5-7 minutes
Now, add cooked balls and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add hot water
Now, add soaked Guard Rice and cook until ¾ is done, then simmer for 12-15 minutes on low flame
Use brown onion, green coriander for garnishing
Your tasty Mutton Moti Pulao now ready to serve
