Recipe for Beef Samosa
Ingredients
- For samosa Patti:
- All purpose Flour ½ kg
- Clarified Butter 3 tbsp
- Oi for frying
- Salt to taste
- For Filling:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- All Spice Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose flour.
Now add 3 tbsp of clarified butter as required salt and as required water to make a dough.
Leave for few hours and roll the dough with help of rolling pin.
For filling:
Take a pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil tbsp ½ kg of beef mince 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste fry.
Add 1 onion fry then add 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper 1 tbsp of red chili powder.
Add 1 tsp of all spice powder and a pinch of salt and roast it.
Then take it out in a mixing bowl and leave it to cool down.
Fill the samosa pattis with filling.
Seal the corners with the use of a egg.
Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry the samosas in it.
Serve it with salad leaves and chutney.
