Recipe for Arabian Kebab
Ingredients

- Chicken Mince ½ kg
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tbsp
- Garlic (crushed) 5-6 cloves
- Parsley (chopped) 1 cup
- Chicken Cube 1
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Fry onion in hot oil till it get brown.
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and make small balls.
Shallow fry kababs.
Put with salad leaves and serve with pita bread.
