Recipe for Beef Pulao
Ingredients
- Rice ½ kg
- Boiled beef ½ kg
- Tomato ¼ kg
- Yogurt ¼ kg
- Onion 2
- Bay leaves 2
- Cardamom 2
- Cloves 4
- Green chili 10
- Oil ½ cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper whole 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
In a pot heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
Now add and stir fry ginger garlic paste, tomato, green chili, cumin, whole black pepper, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, red chili powder, salt and turmeric.
Now add boiled meat and yogurt, cook further for 5 minutes on low flame.
After that add soaked rice and glass water, cook further.
When water gets dry, lower the flame and leave it for 20 minutes.
Beef pulao is ready.
