Recipe for Spicy Vegetables Pakora
Ingredients

- Cabbage 250g
- Green onion 4
- Carrot 2
- Eggs 2
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Green coriander ½ cup
- Green chili 4
- Salt to taste
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Oil for fry
Cooking Directions
Thinly slice all vegetables.
Then mix all other ingredients in veggies and make a smooth batter by mixing water.
Heat oil in a wok and put batter in oil with spoon like pakora.
Fry until golden.
Serve with ketchup or hot sauce.
