• Jalapeno peppers 14
• Chicken 1 cup (boiled and shredded)
• Cheddar cheese (shredded)
• Egg 1 (lightly beaten)
• Bread crumbs 1 cup
• Flour ½ cup
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Salt to taste

Split open jalapenos, remove seeds and membranes.

Combine cheese, chicken, salt and pepper, mix well.

Now stuff the mixture in jalapenos one by one.

First coat jalapenos with flour, then egg and roll into bread crumbs.

Heat oil in pan, and deep fry on medium flame.

When they turn golden, place on absorbent sheet.

Serve with peri peri sauce.
