Recipe for Haryali Pasanday
Ingredients
- Pasanday ½kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Pasanday masala 4tbsp
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste to fry and pasanday to fry.
Then add yogurt to mix and saute it.
Then add pasanday masala and salt to mix and cook.
Then add as required water to cook till it tender.
Then dish out and garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
