Recipe for Murgh Taka Tak
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 500 grams
- Medium sized onion 1
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Tomatoes 3
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tara garam masaala 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Fresh fenugreek 1 cup
Cooking Directions
Heat ¼ cup oil on griddle, add 1 tsp cumin seeds with 1 chopped onion, and cook for 5 minutes.
When onion turn golden then add 500 grams of chicken, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp of ginger paste, 3 tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp of crushed red chilies, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of tara gaam masala .
When cooked then add 1 cup of fresh fenugreek and allow to cook for other 5 min.
Put 4 chilies in mixture and mix it well.
Delicious murgh taka tak is ready.
