• Boneless chicken ½ kg
• Yogurt 250 grams
• Tomatoes 2
• Onion 2
• Green chilies 6
• Cream 1 cup
• Oil ½ cup
• Coriander leaves ½ bunch
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• Fenugreek 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
• Carom seeds ½ tsp
• Cardamom powder ½ tsp
• Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Marinate ½ kg chicken with 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 250 grams yogurt, 1 cup cream and 1 tsp salt for half an hour.

Heat ½ cup oil on a griddle, fry 1 tsp fenugreek, 6 green chilies, 2 onion, 2 tomato, ½ tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder and ½ tsp cardamom powder.

Now add chicken in it and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Add ½ bunch coriander leaves and mix well.

Tawa chicken is ready to serve.
