Recipe for Creamy Pasanday With Rice
Ingredients
- Chicken Fillet 4
- Rice 2 cups
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Cream 1 packet
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped onion 2
- Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Fry chopped onion till they are golden brown.
Boil rice with some salt. Hammer the chicken fillets, add in ½ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, some salt and 2 lemon juice. Leave it for some time.
Grease the frying pan and grease it.
Then add in the chicken fillets. Cook it till the water dries.
Then add in 1 packet cream and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
Now take 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan and add in rice.
Stir fry them and dish out the rice.
Put the chicken fillet on the top of the rice and serve.
