• Milk 1 kg
• Khoya ½ kg
• Semolina ½ cup
• Coconut 2 cup
• Sugar 250 gm
• Cardamom powder 1 tsp
• Green color a pinch
• Khewra essence few drops

Take ½ cup semolina in a pan and saute it.

Add in 1 tsp cardamom powder and 250 gm sugar.

Mix everything together.

Add in 1 cup water and a pinch of green color.

Mix it and add it in the milk.

Then add in ½ kg khoya, mix it and keep on stirring it.

Add in 2 cup coconut and mix it.

Add in roasted semolina and cook it till the mixture thickens.

Take it out in a dish and garnish it with coconut.

Cut it in squares and serve.
