Recipe for Mooli Ka Halwa
Ingredients
- Radish (peeled and grated)1 kg
- Milk 1 kg
- Khoya ½ kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Cardamom 2
- Silver foil 2
- Almond 50 gm
- Pistachio 50 gm
Cooking Directions
Boil water in pan, add in 1 kg peeled and boiled radish and cook for 10 minutes.
Now drain and squeeze radish well.
Boil 1 kg milk in another pan, add in boiled radish and cook over medium flame till milk dries.
Now add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup ghee. Fry well.
Also add 2 ground green cardamom, ½ kg khoya, 50 gm sliced almond and pistachio.
Turn the flame off. Put this mixture in a serving dish.
Garnish with silver foil and serve.
