Recipe for Kashmiri Style Makhani Murgh
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
- Onion 2 chopped
- Black pepper 10
- Green cardamom 6
- Cinnamon 1 inch stick
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Kashmiri red chili grinded 4
- Ginger 2 inch piece julian
- Oil ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
Cooking Directions
Heat half cup oil fry chopped onion, add whole spices and fry.
Add chicken, fry for 10 minutes, add ginger slice, yogurt 1 cup, salt, grinded kashmiri lal mirch.
Cover and cook on low flame till chicken tender.
Lastly add butter, chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with nan.
