• 1 Bread
• 1 bottle Orange marmalade
• 1 packet Brown sugar
• 1 packet Raisin
• 1tsp Cinnamon crushed
• 1 packet Butter
• 1 liter Fresh milk
• 1 cup Sugar
• 3 packets Fresh Cream
• 3 Eggs
• as required Grape juice

In a mixing bowl be a together the milk, cream, eggs and sugar.

Slice the edges of the bread slices and spread a layer of butter and marmalade onto each slice.

Cut each bread Slice into two triangles.

Grease a baking tray ,line it with the bread slices.

Sprinkle the raisins and brown sugar on top.

Then add the grape juice and powdered cinnamon.

Finally with the help of a spoon spread the beaten milk mixture on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
