Recipe for Kheshki Ki Seviyan
Ingredients
- Seviyan 1 packet
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Almonds as required
- Pistachios as required
Cooking Directions
Heat ghee in pot, add seviyan, cook for few minutes on medium flame and stir it continuously.
Then add sugar, stir in, remove from stove and add milk.
Now keep mixture on stove again, boil on low flame, cover it and cook seviyan is soft.
Then garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
