Recipe for Mustard Chicken Karahi
Ingredients
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Mustard Paste 2 tbs
- Yogurt 4 tbs
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Tomato 3
- Tomato Pure 2 tbs
- Garlic/Ginger paste 1 tbs
- Green Pepper 4 to 6
- Red Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin/Zeera 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salan masala 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
In Chicken, add yogurt, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, and mix it well.
Add 2 table spoon Oil, and cook it on lower flame for 10 minutes.
Increase the flame to turn it to brown.
In other bowl, add 1/2 cup oil, green pepper, onion, chopped tomatoes, and fry it for a while.
Now add ginger/garlic parse and other Masalas.
Add little water, and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add chicken. Mix it. It is ready to serve now.
