Recipe for Sugar Free Cream Caramel
Ingredients
- Egg white 6
- Milk 1/2 liter
- Sweetener 1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Take bowl, separate and add the white part from the eggs, also add milk, half sweetener, beat well with whisk until mix properly.
Pour some sweetener in a mould and put on the fire to get melt remove it from the fire, let it cool on room temperature.
Add egg mixture in it and cover the mould by aluminum foil from top.
Take a deep baking pan, filled with water then put mixture mould into the water.
Pre-heat oven and bake at 180c for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool, then refrigerate.
Serve it chiled.
