Recipe for Prawns And Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 250 gm Small prawns
- 1 cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 6 cloves Sliced garlic
- as required Yellow color
- 2 1/2 cups Rice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Crushed blackpepper
- 1 tbsp Chicken powder
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Soya sauce
- 3 tbsp White vinegar
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Sliced spring onion
Cooking Directions
Soak 2 1/2cups rice for 2 to 3 hours then boil them until 2/3 cooked.
Simmer your rice briefly and spread on a tray.
Now beat 4 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of yellow color and put aside.
In a wok, add a cup of oil and saute 6 sliced cloves of garlic until golden brown.
Then add 250 grams prawns and let it fry.
Then add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and beaten eggs.
Mix together quickly so that egg forms small pieces.
Now add rice, salt to taste, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chicken powder and 1 tsp sugar and mix together.
Top with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 cup sliced spring onion and serve hot.
