Recipe for Mughlai Chicken Handi
Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken 1 kg
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
- Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
- Chinese Salt 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- White pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Almonds powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- BOiled Onion paste 4 tbsp
- Fresh Cream half packet
- Khoya 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a handi or a wok and add ginger garlic paste and fry.
When ginger garlic paste turns light brown add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add turmeric powder, red chili, Chinese salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, white pepper, karuri methi.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and add onion and tomato past, almond powder and coconut powder
Cook till the chicken is done.
At last add fresh cream and khoya and turn stove off.
Garnish with coriander and green chillies.
