• Gelatin2 tbsp
• Peas boiled½ cup
• Cucumber, cubed1
• Tomato, chopped1
• Boiled eggs, chopped2
• Apple, cubed1
• Potato, boiled and cubed 1
• Carrot, chopped 1
• Cream1 cup
• Pineapple ¼ cup
• Mayonnaise1 cup
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Ice berg or lettuce to serve
• Olives to garnish

Dissolve gelatin with ¼ cup water. Once spongy, dissolve on low heat.

Mix in the gelatin with all ingredients well. Moisten with water or grease a mould and spoon in the mixture, freeze till set.

When set, overturn over a bed of lettuce or iceberg. Garnish with olives and serve
