• Lychee 100 gm
• Coconut milk 1 cup
• Fresh cream ½ cup
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Ice cubes as required

Blend together 100 gm lychee, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 cup coconut milk for 3 – 4 minutes.

Now add ½ cup fresh cream and ice cubes as required. Blend for a few minutes.

Now pour in tall glasses, serve chilled.
