• 1 can white tuna
• 3 Celery sticks (diced finely)
• 1/2 Red Capsicum (diced finely)
• 1/4 cup sweet relish
• 1/2 cup or less Thousand Island Dressing
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• lot''s of black pepper
• 4 whole wheat Rolls
• tomato (thinly sliced)
• 4 lettuce leaves

In a mixing bowl, place the tuna and then add the relish, salad dressing, salt & pepper.

Mix until the salad dressing (or mayonnaise) covers the tuna.

NOTE: Taste the tuna mixture to see if it requires more black pepper or salad dressing!

Spread tuna mixture on the roll, add 2 tomato slices, and a leaf of lettuce.
