• 175 gm Self raising flour/all purpose flour
• 175 gm castor sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 50 gm cocoa powder
• 100 gm chopped nuts
• 75 gm unsalted butter
• 50 ml full cream milk
• 100 ml water
• For decorating:
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1/4 cup melted chocolate
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• 4 strawberries , chopped

Preheat oven to 180 degree. Sieve flour , sugar , baking powder and cocoa powder together in a bowl.

Melt butter in a pan on low heat for 1/2 minute. Take melted butter , milk and water in a bowl.

Whisk together for 5 minutes.Fold in the dry ingredients in wet ,slowly with continuous stirring.

Add chopped nuts and whisk again for 5 minutes.Grease and flour a 7 inch baking tin and pour batter in.

Bake at 180 degree for 30 minute until a toothpick , inserted in the centre,comes out clean.

For decorating:
Spread melted chocolate all over the cake. Arrange chopped nuts .

Sprinkle icing sugar through strainer and arrange strawberry slices as per your choice. Serve chilled.
