Recipe for Fish Biryani 2
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Mint
- 1 kg Boneless fish
- 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- Biriyani essence few drops
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Dried damson
- 1 tbsp All spice powder
- 1 cup Ghee
- 2 Onion
- 1/2 cup Corn flour
- 4-5 Tomato
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 6-8 Cloves
- 2 Eggs white
- Yellow food colour as required
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 6-8 Green cardamo
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 kg Rice
Cooking Directions
Add vinegar in the fish, mix well and then wash it. Now add salt, yellow food color, turmeric (½ tsp) ginger garlic paste, egg whites, corn flour in a fish and mix well and deep fry until it cook.
Boil the rice with cumin, cloves, and green cardamom but leave it half—done. Now Heat the ghee in a pan when it heated add sliced onion and chopped garlic and cook till golden.
Now add tomatoes, red chili powder, and all spice powder, salt crushed coriander seeds, turmeric (1 tsp), dried damson, cook till it becomes smooth.
Take 3 tbsp ghee in an other fry-pan and add chopped garlic.Take half of its quantity in a big pan, spread half gravy on it.
Now spread rice then remaining gravy, and then fish and then the remaining oil spread chopped mint and biryani essence on the top and simmer for 10 minutes
