Recipe for Chapli Kabab
Ingredients
- 250grams minced beef
- 3tbsp flour/ besan (roasted)
- 1tbsp dry cumin (dhanya)
- 8 pieces red chillies
- To taste salt
- 1tbsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 2tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 egg
Cooking Directions
Take minced beef and roasted gram flour. Add dry cumin, whole red chillies, salt, pomegranate seeds, coriander, the chopped onion and egg and mix well.
Mix thoroughly with your hands and then leave it for one hour. Make round shapes of the mixture (kabab snape).
Put some chopped tomatoes over it, and fry it in preheated oil. Chapli kababs are ready to serve.
