• 1 cup Apple (crushed) | 1 cup pisa huwa saib
• 1½ cup Flour | 1½ cup aata
• 1 cup Oil | 1 cup khanay ka tail
• 2tsp Baking powder | 2 chamach khameeri safoof
• 1½ cup Sugar | 1½ cup Cheeni
• 3 Eggs | 3 adad anday
• ½tsp cinnamon (grounded) | ½ chamach peesi hue daar cheeni
• ½ cup Almond + Walnuts | ½ cup badaam or akhroat
• To taste Salt | Namak hasb-e-zaiqa

First beat egg white then add egg yolk and beat it again. Add sugar and oil and mix well. Sieve flour and baking powder 3 times. Then add flour in the batter.

Now mix flour in the mixture and then add crushed apple, cinnamon, salt, almonds and walnuts in it mix it well with the fork. Bake it at 200c in Microwave oven.
