Recipe for SPICY ROLL
Ingredients
- For stuffing
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 chopped green chili
- 8-10 chopped mint leaves
- For dough
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tbsp sooji
- 2 tbsp oil
- a pinch of soda-bi-carb
- salt to taste
- Other ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Directions
Prepare medium stuff dough using water.Grate the potatoes & mix all the ingredients properly.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.Using dry flour, roll out into medium thick roti.
Spread the stuffing over the prepared roti & leave the sides.
Press & spread properly & roll like a swiss roll.
Seal the edges with water & roll twice.Cut the roll into pieces.
Cover the sides of the roll with sesame seeds & press.
Deep fry until golden brown on a medium flame.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
