• For Dough:
• Flour 2 cup
• Salt 2 tbsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Yeast 2 tbsp
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• For Filling:
• Mushroom 8
• Bell pepper 1
• Jalapeno 1
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt
• Ketchup 1/2 cup
• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• For Topping:
• Ketchup
• Moralizer cheese 1 pkt
• Oregano

For Dough: In a bowl put sieved flour, sugar, salt, yeast and oil mix well.

Knead with water to make soft medium dough.

Cover it and leave for half hour in a warm place.

Filling: In a pan add 2 tbsp oil add bell pepper and mushroom fry well.

Add salt, black pepper mix well.
In another bowl put mayonnaise and ketchup mix it.

Roll dough with pin roller and cut shapes with cutter or doughnut shape.

Topping: Spread sauce on dough then add filling cheese and different topping. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
