Recipe for Pineapple Souffle
Ingredients
- Evaporated milk 1 tin
- Pineapple 1 can
- Pineapple juice 1.5 cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Pineapple jelly 1.5 packet
- Cherries for garnish
- Mint for garnish
Cooking Directions
Add evaporated milk in the blender.
Add pineapple chunks in it.
Add sugar and cream in it and blend them all well.
Now add pineapple juice in a pan.
Heat it for a while till a slight boil comes.
Add jelly powder in and cook it.
Dissolve the jelly powder well.
Now add it in the blender.
Blend well for 5 minutes.
Pour in the serving bowl.
Place mint leaves and cherries in the center.
Place the bowl in fridge for a while.
The dish is ready to be served.
