Recipe for Pakistani Ruti
Ingredients
- Whole-grain flour
- Water
- A pinch of salt
Cooking Directions
Place the ingredients in a container and knead them until forming dough that doesn''t stick to the hands. Place it in the fridge.
Once you are ready to prepare them make a small ball per diner and spread it on a marble top with a rolling pin.
Heat a pan and place the extended dough (it looks like pizza dough, but thinner) and cook it without oil or anything, just with heat until it is a little crispy.
